Danielle Mondor-Arslan has 28 years of work experience as a registered physical therapist since the completion of her physiotherapy degree from the University of Alberta in 1993.  Her practice has been in the area of orthopaedics and in the last few years, has morphed into the area of mental health, primarily assisting clients whose mental health affects affects their physical health.

After having experienced the impact of depression, anxiety and trauma on her own physical health, she now considers it an honor and a privilege to work with clients as a physiotherapist from a biopsychological approach that is both mental health and trauma informed.

Danielle is also a volunteer counsellor with Citizens’ Counselling Centre of Victoria and is currently a candidate in the Somatic Experiencing training program.

Aside from her work and volunteer work, you can find her spending time with her husband and 3 children, happily working on her fitness level and enjoying nature on our beautiful island.
