Please read the following:

• As I’m no longer working as a physiotherapist, there will not be any coverage available through your extended health plan or through the Medical Services Plan.

• Cancellation policy: Unless you wake up feeling sick, 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment to allow time to schedule another client for that appointment. If you are unable to give the 24 hour notice and I am unable to fill your appointment, you will regrettably be charged the full fee for that appointment.
